Processing Time: Ready-to-ship inventory: 2 weeks; Custom orders: 4 weeks

Carriers: We primarily use USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance.

Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping: Orders over $250 ship free within the United States.

Packaging: We use sturdy USPS Priority Mail boxes and protective wrapping to keep your pieces safe in transit.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me through the contact form within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
