About Me

Hi! I’m Allie. I have been a potter off and on for the last 20 years and am excited to bring my creations to the broader community. When I am not playing with clay, I am spending time adventuring with my family and running a psychotherapy practice. As a potter, each piece I create reflects my love for craftsmanship and design, blending functionality with beauty. My work in ceramics offers me a creative outlet and contrast to the busy day to day of being a working mom. I created ALTA with my family in mind, the letters being the initials of myself, my spouse, and my two kiddos. Family is at the center of my pottery studio, with my kids often practicing their skills right alongside me. Some of their work will be featured here and I hope you can enjoy their creations as well.
