Refund policy

I take pride in creating handmade, one-of-a-kind ceramics. Because of their unique nature, I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me through the contact form within 7 days of delivery to request a return. If approved, you’ll have 14 days from delivery to send the item back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
